**Deposits are non-refundable**
This deposit covers the mockup design for your custom order and will be applied to your order total. Your remaining balance will be due before production begins. 
Please include any inspiration photos that will help with the design process. The design process usually takes 1-3 days. Once the deposit is submitted, you will be emailed mockups, along with sizing and pricing options for you to choose from.
This deposit includes 3 rounds of revisions to the original design. If additional rounds of revisions are desired, a $5 fee will be added. If you wish to change your original design, there will be a design change fee of $15. *These fees are separate from your order total*
Deposits do not include non-watermarked designs. If they are desired, they can be purchased separately.
 
Please carefully review all text for accuracy, including spelling and grammar. Once the mockups are approved, I will not be held responsible for any errors or omissions. No refunds or credits will be issued in such cases.
 
*Please note that deposits initiate the mockup process but do not secure your order. Production will begin only after the mockup is approved and the remaining balance is paid in full.
