RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Since each item is made-to-order, returns and/or exchanges are not accepted as I cannot resell a personalized item. I do work closely with you to provide you with a digital design for you to approve before custom items are made. If you are unhappy with your item, please email me at kreatedbykurissa@gmail.com to discuss.

If there is a case where an item is damaged in transit, please email me at kreatedbykurissa@gmail.com with images attached. I am able to assess the damages and am more than happy to discuss replacement options!

If your order is returned to sender and needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, please note that additional shipping fees will apply. When submitting your order, please take a few moments to verify that the shipping address entered is correct.
